The cabins are situated on a 1.25 acre piece of land. There is a shared driveway for all three cabins. There is plenty of parking. Each cabin also has grassy space to play, picnic, barbeque, and lounge.

The Bear Family Haven is located in the heart of Garden City, about ½ mile south of the intersection where US-89 connects with Bear Lake Blvd in Garden City.
